Why do Game Pass games appear in my library as if I own them? Shouldn't they appear under "Subscriptions" (instead of "Xbox") for however long they are on my system and disappear once I uninstall them?

PS. what happened to the bug tracker? I visited https://mantis2.gog.com/view_all_bug_page.php and there's nothing there.
