Every time I tried to launch a game the GOG client crashed. I reinstalled the GOG client and now I have to reinstall my 60GB game all over again. GG GOG!

In the cogwheel menu in the top left, you can expand the Add games & friends submenu, then choose either Scan folders for GOG games or Add game manually. Did neither of these work for you?

it sounds like something else is going on like the games are installed to an external or shared drive
