Didn't find anything on the forum here so curious. Why psn always stays offline on galaxy 2? I remember it was working before. There is no "update" button for that integration. So... any help?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.
I was able to solve the problem by disconnecting PSN-Link in the Galaxy-Client. Then I re-entered the link to the PSN. Since then it runs again without any problems.

Did you use the workaround which wanted you to change line 64 of the plugin.py, if so you may have made the same mistake as me.. It was a simple misunderstanding of the directions which said to copy/paste the line from https://ca.account.sony.com/api/v1/ssocookie which isn't exactly what you need to do.. Only include the value after

"npsso" :

So, the line should look something like this after being edited::

stored_npsso = "XXXXXXXX" (where "XXXXXXXX" is the random value from the link)

and not look like:

stored_npsso = "npsso" : "XXXXXXXX" (as min had when I received the error which said I was offline)

Hope this help, if not hopefully someone else has an answer which does. I'm also new to GOG Galaxy, so don't know much about it yet.

Hi there so i tried the method of this and it still didn't work I re-logged in to the app and tried to integrate my PSN but still says offline even after changing the details in the plug.py i really don't know what else to do!

HI, I tried the method and it doesnt say "conntection timed out" anymore. But now it always shows playstation network as Offline as soon as i klick on connect. If I re-log in to the app it's disconnected again. As I klick on connect it shows offline again. Is there a solution for that Problem, becrause I really don't know what to do anymore.

I have the same issue. I have tried all the reported fixes to no avail. WIll this be fixed before the Witcher 3 deal runs out? I want a copy on PC.

same here, use the hacky approach of manually editing the plugin file, and it seemed connected, but always report as offline, if disconnect and re-connect, it gets back to sqaure 1, always complaining connecting to PSN network timeout. :(((

Worked last night once doing the .py fix....this morning just shows as offline(retry) which then doesn't work

Also got the offline problem. The cookie expires

To retry:
1. close galaxy
2. delete the %LocalAppData%\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\psn_<randomcharacters> folder
3. Open galaxy
4. you can now do the plugin download and installation again and follow the same steps as before

How to prevent offlineness:
- Don't use private browsing / incognito to get the cookie.
- Set your browser to allow cookies from playstation.
-- Steps in firefox:
--- on the ps store, click the shield next to the address bar and turn off enhanced protection for that site
--- Go to burger menu (top-right, 3 horixontal stripes) and click options
--- search for the word cookie
--- scroll down and click manage permissions
--- I added playstation.com, sony.com and account.sony.com, just to be safe.
After following these steps, my PSN stays online. Not sure if they're all needed

Nope. Yo stay online, but it just gets your online friends and recently played. Trophies and library still won't sync. So no free witcher
