I'm trying to install Battletech on macOS Mojave. GOG Galaxy 2.0 says it is a 15 GB download and takes 35 GB installed. I have 112.5 GB free on the disk drive but it insists "Not enough free space".

Needless to say, this is very frustrating. If the program can detect that it does not have enough space, could it have the courtesy of telling me HOW MUCH MORE SPACE it needs to function? I would prefer not to discard several 10's of GB if only 1 or 2 will suffice.

Did you create a ticket for your problem (mantis2.gog.com or, Galaxy > cog menu > report issue) ?

Edit: Is this game dependent ?

I have created a ticket but I was hoping for someone to reply "I have encountered this and you need <x> GB free to install."
