It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

regnarius: Why is this being tagged as solved? It's not! The problem persists, and I've never managed to log into my PSN account on the new client!
It is marked solved because in November when this thread was created the issue was resolved and the OP marked it as solved.

This is not a support ticket administrated by GOG.

As for the current issue, the authors of this community integration suspect an incompatibility in the Galaxy browser as the culprit and have notified GOG.

I have the exact same problem.

As far as the "solved"-tag of this topic is concerned, this is as solved as the coronavirus crisis, i.e. not solved at all unless you honestly believe guys like Bolsonaro.

Same here.

Interestingly enough I was able to login on the PlayStation website using Chrome, but not within GOG Galaxy 2 nor my regular browser (Brave). Both come with the same error message as depicted previously.

This looks clearly like a browser problem to me.
Same issue for me, and have had it for some time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, made no difference. Even tried using a VPN (suggested as a workaround elsewhere), still not working....

Same here! Hope this will be fixed.
Same error here. I just joined GOG Galaxy yesterday and got that error trying to connect PSN. Everything else connects fine.
Attempt getting the updated GOG Galaxy 2 (Theta?), that fixed the issue for me a few minutes ago.
Same here on the latest version of GOG Galaxy 2.0
