Ok guys this is weird. If I have Galaxy open doing a download and I don't touch mouse or anything the screen begins to pixelate. As soon as I move the mouse it goes away. This makes no sense. I have a brand new Nvidia geforce 1660 ti and a brand new mother pc I just built. I have never seen anything like this. My games run fine without any pixilation or anything of the kind but this happens every time without fail.
It's irritating so if anyone has any ideas I would love to resolve this.
