It all started when I bought the two new releases of the bloodrayne games.

After the purchase the games simply did not show up in GOG Galaxy, they did however show up on gog.com.
So I put in a support ticket and didn't think on it that long.

The supports solution, user/refresh, did not resolve the issue with GOG Galaxy.
I'm currently waiting on their response.

I just bought Metro exodus and ran into the same problem again - Game is available on gog.com - no show in gog galaxy. Since Metro is a pretty hefty download and since I'm kinda lazy I really want to use the GOG Galaxy client here.

To troubleshoot the issue I uninstalled the GOG Galaxy client, cleared out c:\users\username\appdata\local and c:\programdata\ from all things gog to get as clean an installation as possible.

I shouldn't have done that - Now GOG Galaxy shows 0 owned games.

Is there anyone here that has had a similiar problem? Any tips?
