Was about to play Thronebreaker; hung up on game loading screen; went to task manager and it showed Galaxy as 32-bit. Does that mean with a 64-bit system I'll have issues? This hang-up was my first after playing for a few days.

Yes, currently (no clue wether it will be a 64 bit application at some point) it is a 32 bit application, but on Windows 7/8/10 Systems this is no problem as Windows 64Bit is fully backward compatible.
Its much more likely that you encountered a bug in Thronebreaker.
