Same thing. It dissappeared from GOG Galaxy 2.0 database.
It is still in GOG database, but not in GOG Galaxy 2.0, so it is not appearing. Probably someone accidentally removed it

GOG-support helped me -> enter a ticket under... (link came with your purchase-receipt).
Now the normal version is in my library and playable, there is no separate library entry for the Deluxe Edition: the additional content will be made available via "Manage Installation -> Configure"
