i have a probleme where when i try to download i hit the download button if open a loading screen and them infinite loading and even after a entiere hour it stil doesn't do anything and i did try it does the same thing with every game i have so can't download anything

did try the assistance center but i don't think that they care or know how to fix it (wasn't expecting more from a useless bot)

In this case, you need to use the chatbot to open a support ticket. Here are directions from staff if you're having trouble. Alternatively, you can try directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com. Bear in mind once you have a support ticket open, getting a response can take at least a few days and possibly weeks. This issue should've been solved on November 7th. If the problem persists for you, try replying to this staff post though you also need a support ticket open.
Also make sure to disable IPv6 and switch DNS to Cloudflare ("Setup on PC" section near the bottom of the page), then restart GOG Galaxy. Some have reported success doing this.
