Since it is wintertime I decided to download everything I own since I have a large drive array (approx. 45.4 TB formatted).

I find it is hard to reconcile what I own on the web verses owned games and installed on GOG Galaxy 2.0.

Some is caused by uninstallable "goodie packs". Much is caused by combined demos on owned games I think. Some I think are caused by delisted demos.

What a mess.....

And also I am on a slow satellite connection which GG 2.0 is not very forgiving with.

Is GOG listening? I notice some are going back to GG 1.2. I am tempted.

you can and should tell GG2 to limit download speed by half i.e, if your standard download speed is 2 mbs then tell Galaxy to download at 1mbs... to be clear do a download test first don't just assume whatever bullshit your service tells you but actually test first
