How long have you let it sit there? I've noticed it sometimes takes a bit of time to pop up properly.

Also, as simple as it sounds, have you tried rebooting? And I don't mean shutting it down and turning it back on, I mean hitting the actual "Restart" button in the start menu. Windows 8 and onwards have a fast boot feature that is essentially a hybrid version of the traditional Hibernation feature, allowing even HDD installs of Windows to launch a lot quicker than before. The problem is that this means that technical issues sometimes require you to just do a full restart and will not disappear until you do.

Yes the Gog sign in server is offline
They are well aware the issue is at their end

CP 2077 updated today I had several disconnects restarts etc. Gog is going with Epic now. I think we can see what's up with GOG. I will continue to buy old games here but that's all until they get their act together.
