Integration doesnt work as i expected.

I was able to add Steam account into galaxy, but now after each start of computer GOG is sloooowly synchonizing with steam account and overaly makes GOG Galaxy pretty slow. OWNED GAMES tab shows number over 5000 which means GOG probably added Steam account, but in INTEGRATIONS settings is Steam marked as nonconnected. Same problem is with Humble app integration. GOG galaxy says its not connected and yet i have HumbleApp games in Owned games.

Other problem; some games which i own on both platforms GOG and Steam are hard to install cause even if i filter owned and gog platforms together, GOG galaxy always offer me only Steam instalation, so for example: for instalation GOG version of Thief II (which is unfixed on steam) i have to go to my profile on GOG website and install from there manually.

Im not happy with this. Really bad for game client which shoould be fast and intuitive, not slow and annoying.

So, cause Steam and other integrations are totaly unusable for me and makes GOG client just slower (even in list mode) i want to disable these features permanently.

My problem is, i cant find a way how to do that!
How to clean everything from owned games except my GOG games? Uninstall and reainstall of GOG Galaxy doesnt help.

There should be a number next to a stack of diamonds at the top of the page. Click that and select the platform. Install will happen from the one you picked, assuming things haven't broken.

Hmm, SET A STEAM VERSION AS A DEFAULT ONE IN gog CLIENT IS KINDA WEIRD.

Anyway, how to clean those owned games? its real pain!

If you haven't customized it a lot, with a lot of manually added "other" games, the simplest is probably to get rid of the old data and let galaxy rebuild everything.

I don't know how safe this is, which is why I recommend renaming things so you can put things back if it breaks galaxy.

1. Exit Galaxy
2. In explorer, go to %localappdata%\GOG.com, rename "Galaxy" to something else
3. In explorer go to %programdata%\GOG.com, rename "Galaxy" to something else.
4. Restart Galaxy

This should give you a clean slate, including removing all installed integrations and your game database. You'll probably have to log into GoG again in Galaxy. You might have to rescan wherever you installed games so that Galaxy knows about the installed games. I don't know where that is by default ,I changed it.

And just so you're not surprised, after you enter those paths into explorer, it will replace it with the real path which is different.

If you have a lot of Other games, you might be able to hack the sql database, but it's not something I've done, I've only poked at it occasionally., just reading it.
