I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 a little over a year ago through GOG, and have had GOG and the game installed on an external SSD since then. It has been some time since I last touched the game, but I wanted to do another playthrough last night. The game launches fine, but my computer kept giving me some kind of error when I try to launch GOG saying that it cannot locate any of the files and asks if i want to launch the GOG program with another program type. I just went ahead and reinstalled GOG because I have 0 clue as to why it would have trouble launching. WELL I wanted to try a modded playthrough of Cyberpunk this time, so I'm trying to install the REDmod DLC through GOG - I got the DLC added to my account just fine. The problem I am encountering is when I try to get GOG to recognize I already have Cyberpunk installed. It recognizes that I have Cyberpunk in my purchased games library, but refuses to recognize that I already have it installed. Is there any way to make GOG recognize that I already have the product installed without just reinstalling the entire game? I tried my hand at modding before realizing any of this was a problem, so (if possible) I do not want to have to go back through and uninstall then reinstall everything.
