Fresh install yesterday, Was working fine then. Today I loaded the program without an internet connection and I received the following alert:

GOG Galaxy - Error
Connection to Communication Service was lost and could not be restored! GOG Galaxy will now shutdown.

After reconnecting to the network I am still receiving the alert

Log is showing this error:
[Error] Could not start or connect to Communication Service! Error Message: Unable to establish socket connection!
Root Exception: (Connection refused)

This also happened to before my recent fresh install, back then I had to go delete library files to get it running.
I won't be reinstalling every-time I want to use GOG.
