Summary: User tags beyond the first 22 user created tags are unable to be used

Why is this a regression: It is an unstated change in the release note, which impairs user behaviour & provides no alternative benefit to end users and functionally retards GOG galaxy

prerequisites: Create more than 22 unique user tags of games within the library

Steps to reproduce:

- Open galaxy
- Select owned games (or installed games)
- Move mouse to filters
- Select tags
- attempt to scroll down

Expected behaviour: Selecting tags from filters should display ALL user defined tags applied to library and it should be possible to scroll down and select multiple user generated tags

Actual behaviour: The tags are limited to the first 21 (and no tags) and the user is unable to scroll down the list to select any additional user tags

Additonal notes: My best guess would be the list has had the scrollbar element accidentally removed from the layout making the additional tags present but unselectable.
It sounds like the same problem that's been reported prior to the version in the topic title:
broken scrolling on tag selection on latest update
Do GOG software engineers read this forum?
What's the best way to make them aware of this bug?
I can't get to all of my tags, and it is very annoying.

Selectively.

Open a support ticket. Your report will be passed on... eventually.
You might think using the "Report a bug" feature in GOG Galaxy itself is the way to go, but I've never known such reports to be acted on, based on my own experience and what I've seen posted on the forum.

There's a thread with the info and a link to get it reported.
