Hello, I redeemed a code to buy Divinity: Original sin 2, the game shows up in my libray (on the site, and on the launcher) in the page of the game it says "in library" BUT I can't install the game and it doesn't show on "owned games".
I tried reinstalling and uninstalling GOG GALAXY, I tried the sync button but it doesn't work still.

1. Exit GOG Galaxy, if it's currently running.
2. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy
3. Rename the storage folder to storage-old
4. When you next start GOG Galaxy, it will warn you that your database has to be rebuilt. After you click the OK button, it will import your list of owned games.
If the game is still missing at that point, open a support ticket, delete the fresh database and restore the old one.
If the game does show up, then click the cogwheel in the top left, choose Add Games & Friends, then choose Scan Folders for GOG Games to add any games that you currently have installed.
