Hey guys. I'm so hyped about Galaxy 2.0 but I want to ask you, as it's very important for people like me. The reason I'm asking because there is no good achievement system for PC gamers. Steam doesn't care about it, XBOX Live achievements are also terrible. Epic Store has no system at all yet. So it will be so cool to have nice achievement system on GOG Galaxy. Here are my suggestions:

Could you please make the achievement system as Playstation have:

1. Player earns, let's call it one "GOG Point" after collecting all achievements of the main game the, same as a Platinum trophy on PSN. DLC achievements use standard 100% system.

2. Divide main game achievement from DLC achievements.

3. Cool sound and animation when achievement unlocks.

4. Level up or something like that for collecting achievements.

I like the idea of a central hub for achievements hunters with, exclusive perks, and unique new features. Definitely multilingual with community-driven content like guides and walkthroughs.

It's good idea, but im thinking there is no important thing on this moment. I wanna see more sync options with other platforms (most wanted chat with users from other platforms without opened other platform launcher)...

For my opinion good too see as well the social tab with mods and other creations from users to games on GOG.. hmm i don't know maybe some cooperative with nexus mods or other site with mods. But this is only small thing whats can be added when launcher it's be 100% stable (but looks like in many time like a stable app)... Achievments, Time of play sync from all platform can come after chat yep ? ;)

Sure, I was talking just about things that achievement hunters need, the features you mentioned is also important!

I just want Galaxy 2.0 to be the best platform for PC gaming and to be honest if they implement those ideas it will be ultimate, best of all because it will include every platform.

It'd be pretty neat if earning achievements unlocked additional appearence features.

I really hope that once the other features in the pipeline are completed, they will focus on improving the achievement experience.

Adding points to achievements and new ways to customize your profile would be a good start. Obviously all related to the skill of the player, without stupid markets as on Steam.

I'm using MetaGamerScore for this. Gathers achievements from multiple platforms and sets their own score based on how unusual the achievement is and how early you got it.
