I've had this problem for a while and been able to avert it by just not using it. But the problem is this. I just installed GOG Galaxy 2.0 and it shows me the login screen. I log in and it gets stuck on "Launching" with the purple throbber going round forever.

Also during installing I get an error saying that it can't find a required component or something.

This happens regardless of whether I run normally or as administrator.

- Windows 10
- Ryzen 3700X
- 16GB RAM
- GTX 1080 Ti

Does the message say what component is missing? An exact description of the error would be very useful. Regardless of than, you should try to contact GOG Support. I'm sure they'll help you fix this problem.
