On November 27th I placed a preorder for Cyberpunk 2077 through Galaxy 2.0. The funds have gone through, but the order has remained "in question." I was directed by the client to contact support through a link, and did so promptly. I have heard nothing in a week, and the order is not reflected on the GOG website either.

This scenario leads me to the following questions:

Has anyone else had similar purchasing issues with Galaxy 2.0?

How long does a response from support usually take?

Would requesting a refund be any faster?

Similar problem, ordered on 30th, game is in order history but has yet to appear in Galaxy Library. Add game to library manually but its prompting me to buy again.
I'm going to wait for the release and see if it sorts it self out.
If not I'll be refunding,

response time is usually pretty quick, I reckon what with the game launching soon, they'll be busy.

once your talking to support you can always request a refund from them.
