It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Nothing works. The games don't show or load. Plugins seem to be stuck. Game importing is also stuck and doesn't work. The client seems slow. My installed games don't show.

Same here.
It's caused by the Steam integration.

According to logs this is GOG problem, because some requests to API ends in timeout:

SynchronousRequest: timeout 20s exceeded (remaining attempts 7) while requesting galaxy-library.gog.com:443/users/52939791806999156/platforms/uplay/external_releases/4a1562a4-c4d2-4bc5-a85e-f 3db588b0072. RequestId: 1A1

and after 10 attempts:

Error during PerformRequest (requestId: 1A1) for URL galaxy-library.gog.com:443/users/_some_user_id_/platforms/uplay/external_releases/_some_request_id_ after 16983 ms. Exception: Connection reset by peer

This reproduced to all services, not only for Steam. I already create ticket about this.
+1 I don't have Steam or an other platforms linked to my account and it can't find games I own on gog

Edit: They're not even installed so I can't play them

Makes sense it's an API issue on GOG end cause the whole client seems slow and unresponsive. I even removed Steam plugin but it remained the same. Couldn't see my GOG games either.

Hopefully they fix it soon!
Same here. GOG gets to 99% importing on something, but isn't loading any games from GOG, Steam or any other services.
Hi guys,

You can edit your hosts file to make it work during the issue. All you have to do is to redirect library.gog.com to localhost by adding this line:
127.0.0.1 library.gog.com

Hosts file is in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (open it with admin rights, keep it without extension).
You will have to delete this line once the issue is resolved.
I continue checking and found that requests sometimes respond with a 429 error (this means "Too many requests"). I turn on VPN and sync with Uplay is finally finish. But after I add Steam account (250+ games), problem reproduce and app hung completely. I think some of developers didn’t think that there could be such "large" libraries :)
I sent a tweet to GOG but no reply as of yet. They haven't posted in the last few hours either.
Issue resolved.

Yea, to be clear, the problems that started Saturday (or even last week for some people) are not resolved. I assume that the guys came into work today and are in a rush to fix it. worst case is that the office is closed until Jan 2nd or even 7th. I'm an American living in Austria, so I know that these Europeans love their long holidays :-)

Not at all. I am getting crash and library errors for two days and it still continues.
It failed to track time for a GOG game just now for me, I dunno if I should report this or it's common problem now.
