Nothing happens when i try to launch it. It was working fine but now when i press play nothing happens. Warlords Battlecry 1 does anyone know a fix or should i just get a refund and move on?

Try either the dedicated game forum or the General Forum.
Game won't launch! seems like a good starting point. The listed solutions are enabling DirectPlay under Windows Features, changing the desktop resolution to 800×600 before trying to launch the game, and an switching on an older Windows compatibility mode on the shortcut or game executable.

If his game was working before then it is unlikely to be DX Rez. Or compatible issues because they would have stopped the first time
One thing that catches people out is upgrades of the Galaxy platform itself... Will stop any integrated (steam, origon etc) launcher from firing until windows is restarted
