I am running GOG Galaxy 2.0.67.2 on, at present, 64 bit Windows 7.
I am a bit suspicious of the GalaxyCommunication.exe component of GOG Galaxy.
On my PC it is located in C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists
Why is it installed in the public data area rather than under program files?
Why does it often, after it's been running for quite a long while, start to trickle out data of some kind to the Internet in a slow continuous stream amounting to several kb/s?
Is it stealing my data?

Hmmm. This has happened much less since my ISP fixed something in their network 2 or 3 days ago.

I think it probably only happens after my internet connection has been down and come back up.

It's still rather disconcerting to see a steady stream of data going out and not know why. But I now think it's probably just a really weird bug.
STILL NOT FIXED. And I caught it slowly uploading something this evening when my Internet had not been cut off!!
