launched Galaxy 2.0 and when going to the store it says it's outdated and I have to download the latest version from the website. (gog1.png)

Said and done. Clicked on the link provided. Downloaded the "downloader", started it and then got the following message:

"An error has occured. Please try to download the installer again. If the error happens again, contact support". (Freely translated, picture: gog2.png). There's a link to a support article, when clicking on it I'm not allowed to access the page.

System is Windows 11. On a Windows 10 VM it works as it's supposed to.

Any hints/idea? I'm a little lost here.

Hello,

Try getting the latest offline installer. The second link is for Windows. Unlike the web installer, it doesn't need to download additional components from the Internet, so hopefully it won't run into the same issue.
