I have Galaxy (and Steam) on my left-hand monitor. When I minimize and resume Steam, it's still on that monitor. When I minimize and resume Galaxy, it goes from the left monitor to my middle (primary) monitor.

Why does this stinking pile of <censored> not STAY WHERE I PUT IT!

It's really starting to get on my nerves.

your system is blocking Galaxy from recording which monitor to stay on so the result is it then moves to the default monitor which on your system happens to be the other one

you could set system default as the different monitor as a work around or you figure out which software is blocking Galaxy
