Today I noticed for the first time something that is baffling me. My trackpad kept freezing and eventually stopped responding altogether. I kept thinking that there was something wrong with my machine. I finally noticed a pattern. This only happens when I open GOG and resume the install of Baldur's Gate 3.

I paused the install, no issues with the trackpad.

I have tested installing games on Epic, no freezes. Steam, no freezes.

I reinstalled GOG Galaxy and started installing Baldur's Gate 3 again, trackpad freezes.

Anyone else encountered something similar?
