Please add an option to disable smooth scrolling. Passing cmdline flag --disable-smooth-scrolling doesn't work. The equivalent Chromium/Chrome flag is chrome://flags/#smooth-scrolling.

Smooth scrolling is a plague that only makes sense on mobile devices. I cannot tolerate it on my computer.
