Is there a simple way to contact GOG personnel without ages spent with the bot?
The first time I used the contact app and after a second failure it did put me in contact with a human, who answered both questions. I spent ages with the bot which did not understand my perfectly clear question.
This time, the only way to contact was to tag onto the end of the last session (no chance to delete and start afresh), but that wasn't the worst inconvenience. My query was about how I acquired a second, but different version of a game (Prologic ) , but instead of letting things be straightforward, the bot insisted on lots of time wasting and quite irrelevant data
Could it be a freebie from Amazon?, as my records show only one purchase from GOG, including freebies and neither my Humble nor CDkeys accounts show any purchase of a key for the second original version game.
