Does GOG Galaxy offer cloud saves on all games that I can download from GOG using it?

If it does not, where can I view specifically what games can be saved using it?

I would like to keep cloud saves for the game Unepic, but I'm not sure how to (or how to verify one way or the other for sure).

Cloud saves are available for selected titles only.
You can check if the game has cloud saves at the game's store page (under Game details - Features section)
There is also a filter in the store (Features - Cloud saves) https://www.gog.com/games?page=1&feature=cloud_saves

GOG is adding Cloud saves support to more and more games on a regular basis.
They want to add it to as many games as possible, but some games require special updates (changes in the code) from game developers. Some game developers are lazy or just don't care for their product enhancements.
