Hi guys, today I reinstalled CP2077 after one year. When I log in the game the data save are vanish. GOG Galaxy report my progression, my 77 hours and trophy but there aren't the save data. Cloud is always "on" and I don't know how I can rescue my data.

I formatted the Pc but the saves shoul be in the cloud, right?

What happens when you go to the Extras section and download the file in the Cloud Saves Backup section?
If there's no save data on the server, the Downloads category will show the download has failed with file size -/- MB.

Unfortunately, there's nothing anyone on the forum can do. You'll need to open a new support ticket and it may take weeks to get a reply.
