Hi!

I've tried to install some games and I've had some issues: I uninstalled a game, not through Gog, as it would not let me do it, but through Windows uninstaller, but now the "Install" button is greyed out. The second game I tried to install would just stop at 97% each time and will say "Install failed". Like a month ago I also had some troubles when launching a game, I don't remember exactly what it was right now, but I know I ended up booting it up through the folder file.

I think I have the latest version of the GOG Galaxy app: 2.0.80.

While GOG Galaxy isn't running, open File Explorer and delete the C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage folder. When you next start GOG Galaxy, it will import your list of owned games from the server. After that's finished, you can click the cogwheel in the top left, choose Add Games & Friends, then Scan Folder for GOG Games to add back games that you currently have installed.
