Tried to install Cyberpunk again after a year to try 1.5 patch. But GOG Galaxy doesn't let me install any game, not only cyberpunk but neither the witcher or anyone. It just get stuck on a gray wheel and the Install button is greyed out.

Already uninstalled and reinstalled gog, checked firewall, checked permissions, run as admin, nothing woked. Anyone know how to fix it?
Hi, same here !

I opened a support ticket but at the moment they haven't been able to solve my issue.

Right now here's what I did:

1. Made sure my antivirus/Firewall doesn't block GOG Galaxy (https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013537477-GOG-GALAXY-Installation-failed-E3-Update-failed-E3-Failed-to-connect-to-GOG-com-servers?product=gog)

2. Launch GOG Galaxy under Windows in Minimal mode (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135)

So now, I'm waiting for the next message of the GOG support team.
I faced the same issue, and I was able to fix it by:

1. Completely close GoG Galaxy.
2. Disable IPv6 (search how to disable IPv6 in your OS online).
3. Open GoG Galaxy.

---

I figured this out by examining C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs\GalaxyClient.log which had the following error:

> [Error][ (0)] [TID 6132][galaxy_client]: An error occurred, Other, while performing request (requestId: 238) for URL '{redacted}' after 10003 ms. Exception: Timeout (connect timed out: [2001:1900:2318:1f03::2]:443), code=0
> [Error][ (0)] [TID 11820][galaxy_client]: Unable to get response for request url {redacted}. Response code Uninitialized.

You can see that the IP address shown there is IPv6, disabling it on my machine did the trick.
