Stevedog13: I transferred my games to a new hard drive and had Galaxy Scan Folders for GOG Games by pointing it to the new drive. It worked for most games but there are a few dozen which don't show up as Installed. The problem is that I can't seem to get Galaxy to install them. If I go to Owned Games, select one of the games and go to Manage Installation there is no option to Import Folder. I don't mean that Import Folder is greyed out, the option simply isn't there. If I try to install the game through Galaxy the pop up appears to ask where to install but after that nothing happens. I tried reinstalling a game using the offline installer but that still doesn't let Galaxy recognize it. Has anyone run into this before?
φιλα_δελφία: I have the exact same problem.
All the best

After some back and forth with GOG Support I got it fixed after following these instructions:
Hello,
Please try making a clean install of GOG GALAXY.
First uninstall GOG GALAXY by running the unins000.exe file located in the GOG GALAXY installation folder (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY).
Then make sure that following folders are also removed:
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com
C:\Users\All Users\GOG.com
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\Configuration
where *username* should be your Windows Account Username.
You made need to show hidden files and folders in the "Folder and search options", if you haven't done so already.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files Restart your computer. Then download the latest version of GOG GALAXY from our website:
http://www.gog.com/galaxy and run the installation as administrator.
After that please try to re-import your games.
