I can't download my game through this app.
And I can't contact any staff for help.
I'm stuck with bot that can't help with my problem at all.

Is all operator fired ??

The first thing to try is to disable IPv6 then restart your system.

Tell the chatbot the issue is of type "other" twice. See the bottom of my complaint post for the exact wording.
