I have installed GOG Galaxy 2.0 but can not run it at all. It shows in windows processes for a second or two, but that's it.
Reinstalling and/or restarting the computer does not help.

I have been using it normally before so I assume it's not a hardware or OS (Windows 10) problem.

Anyone has any ideas what should I do?

I just solved this issue and found your thread while looking for a solution. So for you and future searchers, what worked for me is to go to:

C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\lock-files\

And then delete the GalaxyClient.exe.lock file. Run the Galaxy program and it should boot.
I'm having the same problem now, and the file location that you posted isn't there for me. Gog seems to be in the C: / Program Files x86) / Gog Galaxy location.

I have 54 games and I haven't been able to launch gog for a while now. I even tried reinstalling it. No game.
