Ok, just downloaded and installed GOG Galaxy. When I go to log in, I add Username and password.
Error comes up saying incorrect email so I add my email and password..... error comes up saying username not found.

What am I supposed to do??

Did you get an invitation?
Did you use the same e-mail that you received your invitation on?
Is the e-mail you got the invitation on the same one that is on your GOG account?

No I did not get an invitation. I purchased a game and it appeared to download with the game.
And I am using the same email as with my GOG account - which, obviously, I can log into no problem.

Sorry- I downloaded GOG Galaxy right after I made my purchase. I clicked the big blue "DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL NOW" button. I thought I was downloading the game but apparently it was GOG Galaxy.

You should be using Galaxy 1.2 (link on the bottom of the page). GOG Galaxy 2.0, which this forum is for, is in closed Beta right now. You cannot use it unless you have received an invite.

If you're already using 1.2, make sure to use your e-mail and password to login, not username and password.

I'm sorry, I did not realize there are 2 different versions of Galaxy.
I'll download the link at the bottom and try it out. If the problem persists I'll direct future questions to the appropriate board.

Same here. Login screen is just looping when I put in the correct password (says incorrect password if incorrect). They tweeted an hour ago that GOG.com was unavailable and they're looking into it.

There should be an offline mode I can login to when this happens.

i just downloaded gog galaxy, and when i login with email and password the screen keeps looping back to the password screen. there is not additional text shown on screen, just a box to add password

i tried that it is same again. thing is it is not showing any error. just asking to enter password
