Hi does anyone know how to delete this? I tried to delete GOG but this item is still stuck in my "Allow in background" list.

its a reg note
Gog is the name of the company that sells games and i don't see how you wouldn't know that so its prob the [sp. z o.o.] you are confussed by because its Polish, translates as ruffy 'company with limited liability'
to get rid of it you need to remove all Gog from your system Galaxy, Games and saved account details but personally i'd keep the games and ignore the backgrond note... whatever works for you of course
