All my games are updating launch files and it looks like galaxy files in the game folders? Anyone else?

Been seeing similar updates today. Typically very small, but I'm up to 7 or 8 different updates already today. No updated patch notes. shrug.

Honestly this has been a thing for me for a while and it's usually for my older games. But it all started around that time the DLC detection glitch appeared.

Anybody know why most of my games are downloading small updates? It's annoying. Any way to tell Galaxy 2 to not create desktop shortcuts?

Go to setting (the gear icon on upper left) > installing, updating > uncheck Create shortcut on desktop

Same issue for me. It just randomly decides that already installed games have new update, while there is none and it downloads something, usually 10 to 500 MBs for each game. And then it happens again after Galaxy restart.

Got 0.0 MB updates for something like 20% of my installed games today. Strange

I got some of those also. I t would be nice if we had a moderator or someone that acted between the company and the forum that told people these things.
