I have Age of Empires IV on Steam, but on GOG the achievements list is empty. My friends playing on Xbox Gamepass have the achievements synced with GOG, I don't know what's the problem with the steam achievements.

Since I play Age of empires IV, the other achievements of the other games are neither synced, I don't know why.

Maybe try clicking the cog wheel in the top left and choose Sync Integrations from the menu.

If that doesn't help, open a new support ticket, if you haven't already.
