Sorry, but I don't see any sense to have the GOG Galaxy/Screenshots folders under Documents.

Why it isn't placed under pictures?

There's no setting to configure where screenshots are saved. If someone knows how to manually edit settings files to accomplish this, I'd be interested to hear about it.

You can use symlinks to redirect the screenshot folder to a different location.
