I don't know when this started to happen but since a while from time to time GOG Galaxy tries to download a 0.0 MB update for a game I have installed using the offline installer files.

These updates always immediately fail when they pop up and no matter how often I manully remove them from "Downloads" they will always reappear shortly. Auto-update games is deactivated in Settings > Game features but it seems that Galaxy just ignores this setting anyway.

Anyone else having this problem lately? If so does anyone know how to make Galaxy stop adding updates to the "Download" tab?

Did you try to verify game files?
Whenever Galaxy was trying to download 0MB files it was because it did not refresh correctly and verifying the files helped. Pretty sure that Galaxy tried to install the DLC for the game and could not because it did not realize that you have a version mismatch because your files are outdated. Unfortunately you can't deactivate installation of DLC. You could only untick the checkbox therefore removing the DLC.

I did but the problem still persists. Official DLCs for the games are all already installed and working btw.

ENGLISH:

I've had a similar problem for a few weeks/months(?):

The updates don't fail for me, but the installer files such as:

goggame-galaxyFileList.ini
unins001 files

are simply updated and that's it. This happens to me every few days now, but only with the same games. Verifying game data doesn't help, and reinstalling one of the affected games doesn't help either. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

I've already written to support, we'll see...
offline installers are different to Galaxy installers... that is why it fails
Oh, didnt see the part from Berzerk2k2:

My games all installed via Galaxy...
I just noticed that it seems to only affect games with DLCs that constantly get these mysterious 0.0 updates.
