StingingVelvet: Google is already annoying the shit out of me on Youtube. They constantly bother me wanting me to change my youtube account over to google plus, like seriously every time I get on youtube they assault me with another round of it. I'm probably going to kill my account on there and just bookmark my favorite channels, it's not worth the hassle anymore to have an account and subscribe.
If you know a way to delete your account, please tell me.
I cannot log into, edit my videos or delete my youtube account for years now since this Google+ stuff happened, although it's been a while since last time I tried and have seen, that there really was no way to delete my old account rather than getting a Google+ account, so I just let it lay dormant.

I meant my old (pre google) youtube account, I thought it was clear in the context, sorry.
I never had a Google account and don't intend to ever make one, I just want to delete my youtube content but all I get on the site for ages is more or less "we bought this, make an account for Google or f*** off, your old account is ours now and you won't login until you do as we say".

Then you need to make a temporary Google account to bind that Youtube account to, in order to then be able to remove the whole shebang. You do not, however, need to activate Google+, I believe (I haven't, which makes me unable to do a bunch of stuff on Google's services, like rate applications on Play).
