I am not much of a Disney guy. (Yes, I may seem like a bitter man because of that fact. :P) Going by what I loved as a child and still do now, I will have to say Toy Story. I know it is not 100% Disney but Pixar is part of Disney so it still kind of counts.

No one has mentioned any Pixar movie. Here's a reminder: Pixar has always been a part of Disney, and is now owned by Disney.

Don't forget: Marvel is also a part of Disney. The Avengers is a Disney movie.

So will be the upcoming Star Wars trilogy.

Oh, and Jim Henson's Muppets are also owned by Disney -- Disney bought them a while ago but has not done anything with them since then. So Disney can decide to make a sequel to Dark Crystal or Labyrinth, or revive the Storyteller TV series. Disney own all those IPs.

Darthprymus: The Brave Little Toaster if it counts
That was a Disney Movie?

If we go for classic animated Disney Movie (the type that most people seem to think of when you say "Disney Movie"), then the title goes to The Lion King, though most Disney movies of this type were good

If we count all movies made by Disney (not going to count movies by companies purchased by Disney after the movie's release), then WALL-E deserves a mention. I still think The Lion King is better, but not by a wide margin.
The Lion King
Both of the Lion King movies

In fact, I liked the second movie more than the first, it's a terrible shame how underrated the second movie is
The one with no penises hidden inside the drawings. Oh wait, there is no such thing as a Disney movie with no penises hidden within the drawings :-P
I'm going to choose from the recent movies they've made and take John Carter.
It's not as much as the comics that I'd like but by itself it's a very underrated movie. When I watch it I get the eighties fantasy movies vibe and that is something I truly miss in today's movies.
Too hard to choose a number one. But these are my favorites.
Animated - Robin Hood and The Rescuers Down Under.
Live action - Cool Runnings, The Three Musketeers, and Heavyweights.
On top of my list are:

Animated
- (the infamous) The Black Cauldron
- The Lion King (even though it seems to be *cough*heavily inspired on an anime*cough*)
- The Jungle Book (it has an awesome soundtrack)

Live Action
- Tron
- The Dark Hole
- The Three Musketeers
- The rocketeer (please don't hit me)
Pulp Fiction

Released by Miramax which at the time was owned by Disney.
Dumbo
This used to be a lot easier to answer, back when they were mostly animated. But it's been so long since I've seen any... maybe the Robin Hood one with the fox.
I have to say Aladdin with Gilbert Gottfried as the parrot and Robin Williams as the genie. Absolutely the best.
wait, actually dumbo. I think I liked that better. Completely forgot about dumbo... weird.
Disney is still the lion king. From the opening musical moment, to the birth of simba's new cub, that movie is just amazing. Heck, I even like the lion king 2. Direct to video sequels usually get a bad rap but I enjoy that it continues the story without totally screwing it up.. unlike lion king 1 1/2. Avoid that one. Thanks.

Since Pixar is technically disney but not really kinda sorta I'll put this one down too. As of now it's still the incredibles.I love the dynamics of a superhero that can't hero anymore and instead has to pretend to be normal and can't stand it, meanwhile he's a father and trying to work a crappy job he can't stand. I just love it.
