The Blackwell Epiphany is currently at the top. Just been holding out for when it gets old enough for a decent sale. (But isn't that the story for every game at the top of a wishlist?)

Divinity II: Developer's Cut is currently at the top of my wishlist, and has been ever since I started playing Divine Divinity. Larian really managed to create a very immersive and cohesive world with the original, and its made me very interested in trying the sequel.
