Given the tweet from the voice actor and the rumors leading up to this I have a feeling Duke will be announced at PAX in some form or another.

Which Duke game?
Maybe Valve will publish DNF in 2011 (big if, if this rumor is true); while Gearbox works and talks Duke Begins for 2011 or 2012.
Gearbox said they'll may talk about Duke Begins at PAX.

Like Navagon said, it's looking like this is it. 10AM PDT is the streaming, let's check if it's happening or not.
IMO, sincerely: DNF is being polished by a joint of 3D Realms and Gearbox, and since it's 2K Games publishing it (and 2K is constantly using Steamworks for the newer titles, like Civ5 and Mafia 2)... then if DNF is really coming out it does need to be protected, or it will be one of the most pirated games of all time just because of its fame as a vaporware. So DNF may end being tied to Steam as DRM and it's also easier with the already established relationship between Gearbox and Valve. DNF comes in 2011 or even this Xmas. Then, Duke Begins arrives in 2011/2012.
