I just looked to my account and saw A jedi who joined the GOG.com 354 days ago. So September is coming and GOG.com's birthday for open/closed beta is soon. GOG.com guys do you have surprises for us? You don't need to say that but please give hints to us. :D We can buy something to your for birthday present too. :)

Yesterday I overheard in the Gents a conversation between Tom and Cook discussing to release an internal beta of Virtual Shelf 2.0 to select GOG members, before releasing it to everybody on the day of the anniversary. Select GOG members include lowyhong, JudasIscariot and the rich old bastard living next door to me.

Shelf 2.0 buds 4 life???

Instead of gifts some kind of sale might be better :-). Let's say -50% for all :-). Imao GOG is running so good that caling it 'beta' status is no longer necessary...

GOG will presunt us all with the ENTIRE SSI catalogue (Goldbox games, Dark Sun etc.) and THEN they will announce that they have managed to blackmail the top executives at Lucasarts into releasing THEIR entire back catalogue with each game being a cool $5.99 American. Oh and Jesus Christ makes an appearance but since everyone will be busy playing all the cool games released by GOG, no one will know the difference...
