Ok so you all know the drill... If you were stranded on a desert island and had only one game with you (and whatever to play it) what game would it be? The only limitations are: Think about longevity, and there's no multiplayer access sadly.

I think for me I'd probably go for Rollercoaster Tycoon 2. Civilization 3 or 4 were close 2nd but RCT 2 beats them for me.
Probably Minecraft.

Since this is essentially "which game is the most endlessly replayable," for me it would either be BG2 or Fallout 2. I think Fallout 1 is a better game than 2, but 2 definitely has more replay value. But between BG2 and FO2? That's a really tough choice. Probably BG2 simply because it's infinitely easier to mod it (nyuck nyuck) than Fallout.
Tetris
Definitely Morrowind GOTY edition
Doom.

-edit- Actually no wait, I think I'll go with Dwarf Fortress.

Demons & Dark Souls with a PS3 to run it. Would also have my Android phone which I can create a wireless access point from - Sorted provided you could pick up a mobile network!
Age of Empires GOLD.
Starcraft 2 or Skyrim.

Assuming I can access the games regardless of their Battle.net / Steam requirements.

Thanks to the modding tools, I'll have the replayability that I need.

Dwarf Fortress or possibly Aurora (when I have near unlimited time to play a game, I might actually be able to learn all the ins and outs of that game)
Skyrim or Fallout 3 - with a bucketload of mods, of course. :P
Easy. Heroes of Might and Magic 3 with map editor/map packs.
Monster Hunter.

Even if only solo, its great.
