I.. didn't mind it. Looks like it might be fun, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't get a few goosebumps (hey, I love cheese!)

But what I will say is that one thing I loved about the original 80s show (aside from the incredible music) was the mixture of high technology and magic. The Thundercats were a space faring civilisation, but they also had a healthy vein of magic and mysticism running through things. This looks to take more of a fantasy bent (although the mechas from the mutants does give some hope).

Ah, well. I'm still looking forward to it, though :-) Maybe not after the first few episodes, but we shall see.

For some reason, this version seems very generic. Perhaps it's the style of animation? I don't know. I don't think I'll be watching it anyway, unless they have an episode where Snarf is brutally murdered.

Why no Panthro in the trailer??
