Well - that's the question :) Will I be able to buy W3 via marvelous GOG?
Yes.

"What I can, however, guarantee here and now, is that if you want the 100 per cent DRM-free experience you will have it on the PC, the platform where we set the rules for our games. The Witcher 3 will be available 100 per cent DRM-free on our digital distribution platform GOG.com, and that's one thing I can confirm."

Yes. I know the question has been answered, but just in case you didn't get the point, yes! Totally awesome, eh? :D

The Witcher 2 + 3 are the only games I've considered pre-ordering to encourage the DRM free release of AAA titles. I'm excited!
Nothing to add except...
Yes.
Never. It's an Xbox One exclusive.

I have a feeling it is a tenuous link to the other thread - CDPR developing a game they can not play.
Sirs! Thank you!
BUT OMG NO CHEEVOS!

Omerta on GOG has cheevos. So I hope they'll program them as platform independant ;)
Speaking of W3 - I've just read that production of this game will cost 45M PLN and expenses on marketing & promotion will be twice as much...

Not as good as in Coca Cola's case but still..:-P

Well. You cannot afford that your game goes less noticed as it possibly can nowadays. Even for such a quality title as this.
