Also, didn't CDP publish Polish versions of Neverwinter Nights and Baldur's Gate and stuff?

yeah. they are the biggest distributor of games in poland and they do localizations for them. BG1 one was the biggest localization project during release. then there was localized version of PS:T which i doubt was ever topped.
(everything is localized, including voices)
